Education

A sustainable culture is an educated culture. Our mission includes teaching people how to reuse materials. The more you know about reuse and the creative conversion of materials the more successfully you will integrate it into your built environment. We provide a large number of sample projects throughout our facility. We are available for tours and field trips.

We periodically offer workshops and classes. The classes are rooted in reuse and can range from landscaping with used materials, to furniture making and lamp rewiring. Check our blog page for available classes or contact us at 415-285-7814 to arrange for offsite presentations.
